Terms and Conditions:

1. The Big Conference package is available for a minimum of 30 persons. Should the number of guests fall below 30, the client agrees to pay the balance for 30 people.
2. The package includes reservation of Biksa coffee (Dining Area 2 and Al Fresco 2) for 3 hours. After which a modest amount of Php 1,000 per hour will be charged per succeeding hour.
3. Reservation should be made at least 1 week before the scheduled activity. Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time of reservation.
4. Cancellation done at least 5 days before the scheduled activity will allow for Seventy-five percent (75%) refund of deposited amount. Cancellation made less than 3 days before scheduled activity will render the deposit non-refundable.
5. Biksa Coffee will continue with its normal operations, receiving guests in Dining Area 1 and Al Fresco 1.
6. Price + 12% for e-VAT

**For functions that will be attended by more than 40 people, Biksa Coffee may be rented exclusively for a fee of Php5,000 for 3 hours during Sundays to Thursdays and PhP7,000 for Firdays and Saturdays.
***Amenities include the use of microphone, white board, white board markers, easel papers. Fax, Photocopying, Scanning and Printing services also available for a reasonable fee. No additional electricity charge will be added for use of Laptop and LCD.
