Option 1 – Php 3,000.00 Consumable

1. Biksa Conference Room rental fee is Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00) for THREE (3) hours. This rental fee is consumable and may be used to pay for any dine-in food and beverage ordered within the time that the conference is on-going. Should the ordered food and beverage be less than 3,000.00 the lessee agrees to pay the difference to fulfill the required rental fee.
2. Maximum time allowance that may be granted to a Three hour reservation is Fifteen (15) minutes. Beyond this, the lessee agrees to pay One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) every hour in excess of the Two hour reserved period. Additional payment is also consumable. Head Barista will determine start and stop time.
3. A deposit of 50% or One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500.00) is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation of the reservation must be done Twenty four (24) hours before the reserved time and date in order to get a refund of the deposit. Otherwise the deposited amount is non-refundable.
4. The Conference Room rental fee is inclusive of the use of easel type white board with easel papers, white board markers, pens, and papers.
5. Overhead projector and LCD projectors may be brought into the conference room by the lessee and may be used for a Three hour conference for a fee of Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00).
6. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the Conference Room.

Option 2 – Php 1,500.00 Rent Only

1. Biksa Conference Room rental fee is One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500.00) for THREE (3) hours. This rental fee is exclusive of any food and beverage to be ordered.
2. Maximum time allowance that may be granted to a Three hour reservation is Fifteen (15) minutes. Beyond this, the lessee agrees to pay Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 800.00) every hour in excess of the Two hours reserved period. Head Barista will determine start and stop time.
3. A deposit of 50% or Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 750.00) is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation of the reservation must be done Twenty four (24) hours before the reserved time and date in order to get a refund of the deposit. Otherwise the deposited amount is non-refundable.
4. The Conference Room rental fee is inclusive of the use of easel type white board with easel papers, white board markers, pens, and papers.
